21: Let It Go with David Rahman

This weeks guest is David Rahman, a wonderful man, a coach, and now a published author, of his first book, Let It Go. David’s book is a very practical book that doubles up as a guide. It turns complex principles into very easy to understand dialogue, as well as provides practical exercises for you to engage in as you follow along with the reading. David himself is an awesome soul. You can hear his heart in the way he speaks, and in this episode we go into all kinds of juicy stuff regarding how to unpack limiting beliefs that might be holding you back, plus David shares with us some really great practical tools to implement today that are some of the main tools he still uses today in his daily rituals.
