Lorelei has been a very active participant in the DNRS (dynamic neural retraining system) brain retraining community for several years now, has hosted (and still sometimes hosts) laughter yoga classes, and has a wonderfully resourceful you tube channel where she shares tips, tricks & things she has learned along the way In her journey, in hopes to support someone else in theirs.
