Our guest today is Tanner Murtagh. Tanner is a pain therapist that focuses primarily on neuroplastic pain (often known as Mindbody Syndrome/MBS/TMS). Tanner is here with us today to share so much fun stuff. He first shares his own story of recovering from MBS, as well as what he has learned along the way through his journey. Today we learn a more in depth understanding of neuroplastic pain, the 4 main ways it manifests in our bodies, why creating safety is so incredibly integral to our recovery & healing, and many awesome ideas on how to create this safety.
