Our guest today is Amber Hollingsworth. Amber is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of South Carolina and a nationally certified Master Addiction Counselor. She has more than 18 years of experience working with individuals and families struggling with addiction and other mental health issues. In 2011, Amber opened a private practice specializing in treating whole family systems struggling with addiction. She also has a YouTube channel called, Put The Shovel Down, that provides education and support to families and individuals struggling with addictions. She comes to the show today to talk all about boundaries. We learn what a boundary actually is, who it is for, who we set boundaries with, how to set healthy boundaries, how to not set ultimatums, and so much more. Boundaries are for everyone, we all need healthy boundaries, and healthy boundaries absolutely impact our well being.
