February 2021 started with unexplained numbness in one side of body, cold feeling pain. Mental and emotional health affected. Spend a year going through doctors no diagnosis given. Functional and nutritional doctor acupuncture red light therapy , hot cold therapy . November 2021 found work of John sarno and worked with Jeannie and learned the TMS work.
