34: Pain is a Request for Change w/ Dr Perry Nickelston, Stop Chasing Pain

We have a special guess today. Dr Perry Nickelston from Stop Chasing Pain. Where do I even begin? Today we chat about so many different things, focusing on how the body is a collection of systems that not only all function together but also influence one another. No system functions alone. What does this mean? As Dr Perry says, we are only as strong as our weakest link aka the weakest system. So how can we begin to ask new questions and assess our body systems holistically? In his own quest for well being and healing through chronic illness, he discovered the power of our lymphatic system and its relationship to so many other systems in our body, and he has many resources that help teach us how to care for our own lymph. What I love most about Dr Perry’s work is that he truly helps to empower people. He is constantly teaching people how to address systems in their bodies in a way that they can support their own healing and well being. I strongly encourage people to follow him on IG @stopchasingpain where he is providing so many tips and tricks daily. You will also be able to stay up to date on his upcoming seminars around lymph, vagus nerve & more. You can find more detailed information about his seminars on his website @ www.stopchasingpain.com And if after listening to today’s episode you want to start addressing your lymph a great place to start is downloading his Lymph Mojo video on Vimeo.
