37: Movement Medicine w/ Jon Mills

Today’s episode is part two of a two part series. Our guest is Jon Mills, who is my coach, mentor and a dear friend. Jon has his own story to share on healing and becoming. After finding himself incredibly ill, he now finds himself on an upward trajectory of well being and vitality. Jon is someone who truly walks the talk. He says “My path has led me to pursue a passion for understanding and mechanizing life & all its mysteries. I am determined to universalize what it means to be a better human being - how to integrate better with reality physically, mentally, & emotionally - or die trying.” Jon has many passions and talents, but this week and next we will focus on Jon’s experience of using both the Human Design System and biomechanics to help him navigate his own healing journey and aligning to his authentic self, while giving himself permission to live his truth. This week’s focus is specifically on biomechanics, which we will dive deeper into in this episode, not only how it really helped Jon, but how it might be able to help you too.
