Eddy has had a really interesting journey on how he came to learn about and experience mind body symptoms himself. He shares all of this plus how he reintegrated back into his sports of choice post recovery. We also discuss knowing the difference between 'real' physical injury verse TMS sneaking in. We talk about balance, trying new things, and how to reintegrate back into sport if that is our goal. Plus he gives us some solid advice based on what he has learned & gathered over the years, not only in his own experience, but from all the wisdom that has been shared on his podcast the past several years he has been hosting.
